Aussie beef at SIAL China

Check out this overview of the busy exhibition floor at the SIAL China 2015 Trade Show in Shanghai. This three-day event, held annually, sees thousands of food and beverage producers from all over the world gather to showcase their wares.

In 2015, 18 Australian beef, lamb and goat exporters exhibited at SIAL alongside representatives of Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) on an industry stand in the trade expo’s massive Meat Hall.

At SIAL China 2016 there were 474 meat exhibitors from 44 countries, with more than 17,000 visitors stating that the meat exhibits were their particular focus.

The 18th edition of SIAL China will be held from 17-19 May 2017.
