Alistair Ferguson, CEO of Arcadian Organic and his Peter Gall, Livestock Manager, co-founded Arcadian Organic in 2005, processing 66 head of cattle a week, and grew the company from there. More than a decade later, the business is going from strength to strength, processing premium red meats for high-end markets around Australia and the world.
